I met Shirley and Rob recently in Strandhill, Sligo to meet up and get to know each other plus go for an engagement shoot. After talking to Shirley a number of times on the phone it was good to finally put a face to the name.

Engagement shoots are great opportunity for both couple and photographer as it gives both a chance to get to know each other and lets the couple get comfortable with the camera so no surprises on the morning of the wedding.

The weather did not play ball in Strandhill and after sheltering for 20 minutes we decided to take a chance and headed to the falls in Ballisodare.

Thankfully the weather gods were looking down on us. The cloud broke and we were presented with a beautiful sunset.

It was great meeting you both, hope all the arrangements come together nicely. See you in September.
